Our services
Bluegrass Marketing LLC provides DevOps and platform engineering consulting. Every paid engagement is governed by a signed Statement of Work (SOW), which sets out scope, timeline, fees, and deliverables. If an SOW conflicts with these terms, the SOW wins.
Scorecard results
Scorecard scores and savings estimates are informational only, based on the answers you provide and industry benchmarks. They are not a guarantee of results. Any savings guarantee applies only where written into a signed SOW.
Acceptable use
- Don't submit false information or someone else's details.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the site.
- Don't use the site for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
Website content, branding, and the scorecard methodology belong to Bluegrass Marketing LLC. Code and infrastructure we build for clients is delivered into the client's own repositories and owned by the client upon payment, as described in the SOW.
Limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bluegrass Marketing LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or scorecard.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
